Aiyya Rani Mukerji Prithviraj Bollywood Movie Photos

Aiyyaa is an upcoming Rom-Com Bollywood film of Prithviraj, Malayalam Actor, and Rani Mukerji.  The filim written and directed by Sachin Kundalkar. The film stars Rani Mukerji and Prithviraj in the lead roles. The film is jointly produced by Anurag Kashyap and Viacom 18. This film is the debut Bollywood film of Malayalam actor Prithviraj. The trailer for the film was released on September 6 2012.

Pre-production started in August 2011 and the film went into shooting by the first week of October 2011. The shooting ended in April 2012, and the film is confirmed to release 12 October 2012.

Story of Aiyyaa The story is about a Marathi girl Meenakshi Deshpande (Rani Mukerji) falling in love with a Tamil artist Surya (Prithviraj). It is a quirky and funny love story with the backdrop of a Marathi-Tamil cultural clash. The lead female protagonist woos the stranger she desires as he smells good.

Bollywood actress Rani Mukerji is ready to burn the dance floor in 'Aiyyaa'. She will be seen playing a Marathi girl in the film 'Aiyyaa'. Rani has been cast opposite Malayalam and Tamil actor Prithviraj Sukumaran in 'Aiyyaa'.

In an interview Prithviraj Sukumaran, the hero of Aiyyaa said "To me, Aiyyaa is the craziest film I have been part of. The humor, the dance, the music and wakda and above all Rani, it just doesn't get any crazier than 'Aiyaa.' So get prepared for one hell of a joyride" He also said that "You all say you are big fans of Rani, but I will vouch for the fact that there is probably a bigger fan of Rani here right now, probably of all of Rani's films. I watched all her films and it is a great honour for me to be a part of a film that has Rani in it". Rani Said that her character in the film is far more naughty than her previous avatar in 2005 hit 'Bunty Aur Babli'. He also said the the romantic comedy has got many fun elements in it rather than the funny characters and they would be exposed in weeks leading to the release of the film. She also said that Meenakshi' is a mad and whacko character which is many steps ahead in madness when compared to 'Babli'
